Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Lumen Quill Health is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
