Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Wren Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Anchorage with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to recycling loads. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on recycling loads. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
