Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Beacon Housing Group is a nonprofit housing provider in Phoenix. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
