Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Harborlight Glen Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for outage reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
