Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial serves customers across Indianapolis with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
