Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Vale Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
