Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind Ridge Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to premium billing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on premium billing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
