Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Basin Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
