Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Maple Financial Group serves customers across Tucson with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor spend. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor spend. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
