Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Meadow Housing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for waiting lists, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to waiting lists. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on waiting lists. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
