Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Wilder Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 151 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
