Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Cedar Rook Property Management is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
