Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Sparrow Environmental Services Group is an environmental-services company in El Paso with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to landfill records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
