Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Glen Legal Group provides legal services in Knoxville across employment, housing and small-business law, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to document review. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on document review. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
