Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Field Staffing Group places workers with employers around San Jose, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
