Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Ivory Inspection Services Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Houston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
