Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Bright Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Tulsa. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
