Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Stonegate Corner Learning Group Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
