Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Ashton Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
