Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Linden Legal Group Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
