Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Cross Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
