Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Linden Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Miami area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
