Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Forge Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Chicago, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to family communication. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • We reply to every applicant.
