Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management Group looks after rental homes across the San Diego area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to vendor invoices. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on vendor invoices. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
