Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Rook Staffing places workers with employers around Houston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 49 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to temp assignments. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
