Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Ironwood Maple Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in St. Louis, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
