Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Rook Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
