Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Cedar Loom Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
