Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Ivory Facilities and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
