Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Sable Community Partners runs community programmes across Milwaukee, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
