Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Quill Inspection Services is an inspection company in Savannah with field technicians and lab staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to test reports. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on test reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
