Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Clearpath Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
