Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bright Ridge Insurance Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for policy renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 858 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to policy renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on policy renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
