Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Linden Banking Services is a regional lender in Jacksonville with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
