Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Cross Health is a healthcare provider in Cleveland with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 360 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
