Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Summit Quarry Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Rochester with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
