Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Pike Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in San Diego. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
