Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Harbor Care Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 46 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to care plans. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on care plans. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
