Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Amberfield Kestrel Financial Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for account servicing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account servicing. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on account servicing. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
