Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Ember Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Minneapolis. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
