Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Foxglove Corner Insurance is an insurance company in Fresno with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
