Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for lease compliance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease compliance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease compliance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
