Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Northwind Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for weigh tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
