Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Westbrook Drift Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Philadelphia, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
