Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Nova Ember Markets serves neighbourhoods around Las Vegas with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on campus hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
