Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Fernwood Meadow Community Partners Group is a Spokane charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 208 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
