Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Rivermark Bridge Facilities is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for customer sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer sites. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
