Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be campus hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to outage reports. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on outage reports. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
