Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Redstone Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Jacksonville area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our campus hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
