Recruiter - campus hiring (remote)

Bluepeak Basin Health Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on campus hiring for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
